We have a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant with an area of around 8000 sq. ft. Machines and tools developed with innovative ideas and skills are employed in the manufacturing process to ensure better yield and thus competitive costs. We use a combination of traditional skills and new technology to maintain consistent quality all across the production range. This simple formula has led to a steady expansion of both our product line and client base.

We test the basic raw material used for manufacturing as per ASTM standards. These raw materials are accepted into the system only after they qualify in Chemical and Physical Properties Tests & Analysis.

All the products are machined on high performance CNC machines to very close tolerances so that the assembly is a very easy process. The performances of the products are enhanced, as a result of this and so is the lifecycle of the product. After machining these products are cleaned ultrasonically in special cleaning machines to give them an elegant and finished look.

All the above processes are very closely monitored at various interim stages to give quality and consistency. This monitoring also helps in evolving and new developments, if needed anywhere in the process. As a result of this our products continually improve in quality giving us a better stand in market.
